LifeGift

LifeGift became Ossium Health’s very first vertebral body recovery partner in 2017. From that time forward, our collaboration has continued to grow and evolve to develop the world’s first organ donor derived bone marrow bank. Thanks to the partnership between Ossium and LifeGift, human lives have been saved with the bone marrow that has been clinically banked and transplanted.
It is with immense gratitude that we proudly recognize LifeGift as Ossium Health’s Top Recovery Partner for 2024. Their accomplishments are nothing short of remarkable, from procuring the first clinically banked vertebral body donor in 2020 to recovering 72 donors in 2024. Additionally, key metrics such as bioburden, error rates, and non-conformance rates were all taken into account.
Above all, our collective goal is to honor and maximize the gift of each donor, ensuring that more patients in need of a bone marrow transplant have a greater chance of receiving life-saving treatment.
