On February 8, 2016, Ossium Health was incorporated in Delaware. From 2016 to 2018, Sebastian Giwa held different roles at Ossium until he submitted a signed letter of resignation to the company’s Board of Directors on October 19, 2018. Since his resignation, Sebastian Giwa has not had any role with Ossium Health in any capacity, including not as an employee, representative, consultant or member of the Board of Directors. He has not performed or participated in any Ossium Health business activities since October 19, 2018. Accordingly, Sebastian Giwa does not represent Ossium Health in any manner and is not authorized to speak on behalf of Ossium Health on any matter.
It has come to our attention that on at least one occasion Sebastian Giwa has engaged in activities that could lead a reasonable person to believe that he remained involved with Ossium Health after his resignation. In order to avoid any confusion, Ossium Health would like to clarify that Sebastian Giwa is not involved with Ossium Health and has not had any involvement with Ossium Health since October 19, 2018.
